You have to pay the costs for this in addition to the settlement of the enrolment fee and the boarding passes.

Teams who withdraw or cancel their participation within the last two weeks before tournamentstart will be charged with a cancellation penalty. The penalty amounts 50 % of the amount of the fees, including enrolment and boarding and lodging fees. By cancelling within the last three days before tournamentstart, the penalty amounts 100 %.
